GAGE APPLICATION SERVICES

Micron offers customized gaging services in which we bond our semiconductor strain gages to customer designed and/or furnished parts using our advanced superior materials and products. Our gaging experts will be happy to discuss the use of your product and establish gaging specifications so that required performance criteria are met.
Bending Beam Humidity Sensor.
Uses two matched .090 semiconductor strain gages wound with a proprietary material that expands with moisture content.
Load Detection Sensor used for Intrusion Security Systems.
Uses a unique bow tie force concentrator.
Cantilever Beam Force Gage.
Uses a pair of .060 gages
Prototype designs for a load cell used in Electronic Weighing Systems.
High Pressure Liquid Chromatograph Pressure Transducer Assembly.
Uses two matched .047 "U" gages.
