MP100
LIQUID LEVEL SENSOR
 Micron's
Model MP100 is a small diameter, high-stability (water/liquid level)
pressure transducer. These transducers are made of corrosive resistant
titanium (6AL4V) and utilize high reliability bulk type semiconductor
strain gages bonded directly to the inside surface of the machined
diaphragm.
With a diameter of only
0.375 inches, the transducer can easily be installed in holes of
a half inch in diameter. Transducers are available with
cable lengths up to 1000 feet; greater lengths are possible through
splicing.
This product is available
with an internal hermetic seal that dramatically improves reliability
and accuracy. At the cable exit, titanium armor is provided to improve
cable pull strength while retaining a liquid seal. A moisture insulator
located near the end of the cable is available and eliminates inter-conductor
condensation. |
